Kettle Foods initially contacted us in 2019 after having issues with the quality and delivery of products with previous suppliers.
They were looking for a quote for plain label barcode labels and on-site printer maintenance.
One of Kettle Foods main concerns was the efficiency of their current labelling systems. They were looking for a company that could help them with a labelling management strategy, one that was responsive to their stock levels and in line with their production schedules.
After being let down by previous suppliers, it was important that we developed a strong understanding of their unique production processes so that we could provide a bespoke response to their labelling requirements.
As well as supplying plain adhesive labels for barcode labelling and setting up on-site printers, we also provide free ongoing site maintenance and technical back-up, fixing label printers, updating software and offering a free-of-charge telephone back-up service as and when required.
We also provide Kettle Foods with same day delivery and Just-In-Time (JIT) deliveries in response to inventory, stock and production changes.
